Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@sunbee.lt, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:

returned with original tags and packaging.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Items showing clear signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may be refused or refunded partially.
Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
