How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 1–3 business days across Lithuania.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Lithuania.
For EU or international orders, please contact us directly.

Shipping starts from €2.99 via parcel terminals.
Enjoy free delivery for orders over €50.
Can I choose between courier or parcel terminal?
Yes — at checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method:

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange sunglasses?
Yes — you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?

We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Are return costs covered?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Warranty
Do my sunglasses come with a warranty?
Yes — all Sunbee sunglasses include a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects, such as:
- Loose hinges due to factory faults
- Lens coating imperfections
- Frame defects not caused by wear and tear
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
- Scratched lenses or color fading caused by prolonged sun exposure
- Normal wear and tear
How do I make a warranty claim?

We’ll review it within 2 business days and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit if eligible.

Yes — all models have UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
How can I find the right size for my sunglasses?
You can find all size details — lens width, bridge, and temple length — in each product’s description. Every pair is shown with accurate measurements to help you choose the best fit.
What are the lenses made of?
We use high-quality polycarbonate lenses for durability, comfort, and optical clarity.
How do I clean my sunglasses?
Use the included microfiber pouch or a soft lint-free cloth.
Avoid paper towels, alcohol-based cleaners, or hot water.
