Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.

We ship all orders via trusted Lithuanian delivery partners:
- LP Express / Lietuvos paštas – parcel terminals and home delivery
- Omniva – parcel terminals and courier delivery
- DPD – Pickup points and courier delivery
- Venipak – parcel terminals and home delivery
At checkout, you can choose your preferred carrier and delivery method — parcel terminal or courier to your address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
You’ll see the total cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery times within Lithuania are 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen carrier or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Pickup Option
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped via our delivery partners.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
